In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the dz999 website accessible at dz999.lat, including all associated sub-pages, games, services, account management interfaces, and payment processing features.
• "dz999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of dz999.lat and all associated services provided thereunder.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with dz999, accesses the Platform, or uses any service offered by dz999.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration on the dz999 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the monetary value held within a Player's dz999 Account, denominated in PKR or its cryptocurrency equivalent at the time of crediting.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentive-based value credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total sum that must be staked on eligible games before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process, including age verification, required of all Players before withdrawal access is granted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which the use of online gambling services is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law.
• "Cryptocurrency" refers to digital currencies including but not limited to Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC20) accepted as deposit and withdrawal methods on the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the dz999 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the dz999 Privacy Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dz999. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your dz999 Account.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and dz999, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

Access to and use of the dz999 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dz999 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement on all accounts. Players who cannot verify their age via the KYC process will not receive withdrawal access, regardless of deposit history or account tenure.
• You are not located in, a citizen of, or a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of dz999 or any of its associated gaming software providers.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Your participation in online gambling is not prohibited by any court order, regulatory direction, or applicable law binding upon you personally.

dz999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to source of funds verification, enhanced due diligence, and independent identity database checks.

To access the full range of dz999 services, including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals, you must create a registered Account. Each individual may hold only one Account on the dz999 Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. dz999 bears no liability for communications failures, payment delays, or account access issues arising from outdated or inaccurate registration information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dz999 login credentials. You must not share your password, authentication codes, or account access with any third party. dz999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must notify dz999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, discover a security breach, or believe your credentials have been compromised.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on dz999 at any time. Players found to have created multiple Accounts for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, bypassing withdrawal limits, or evading account suspensions — will have all associated accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited without recourse.

dz999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, USDT (TRC20 network), Bitcoin (BTC), and bank transfer to major Pakistani financial institutions including HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on dz999 is PKR 100 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash and EasyPaisa). Cryptocurrency minimums are determined by prevailing network fee thresholds and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be credited and may be subject to return fees.

5.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your dz999 Account in real time upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits typically clear within one to three business days depending on the originating institution. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations — one confirmation for USDT TRC20 and three confirmations for Bitcoin. dz999 bears no responsibility for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion.

5.3 Player Funds

All funds deposited into your dz999 Account remain your property and are held separately from dz999's operational funds. dz999 does not use Player funds for operational purposes. Your Account Balance represents a liability of dz999 to you and will be honoured subject to these Terms, including applicable KYC and verification requirements.

5.4 Currency

Player Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting, as determined by dz999's reference rate. The applicable rate is displayed prior to confirmation of the deposit transaction.

Players may request withdrawal of their Available Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. "Available Balance" means the total Account Balance minus any Bonus Funds subject to an active Wagering Requirement.

6.1 KYC Requirement

Withdrawal access requires completed KYC verification. Players must submit valid identity documentation — a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport — and proof of address before any withdrawal request will be processed. dz999 will review submitted documents within 24 hours of receipt during standard business hours.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash or EasyPaisa that are received and verified before 22:00 PKT are processed the same day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are dispatched within four hours of approval and are subject to standard network confirmation times thereafter.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

dz999 applies a withdrawal matching policy: withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the Player's deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible — for example, where a deposit method does not support outbound transfers — dz999 will process the withdrawal via an alternative verified method subject to additional verification.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Account withdrawal section. dz999 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments across multiple business days. Players will be notified in advance where instalment processing applies.

dz999 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and any specific terms associated with each individual promotion as published on the Platform at the time of activation.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; unutilised Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period.

7.2 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100% of stakes. Live casino table games, RNG table games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in individual promotion terms. Players should review game contribution rates before selecting titles for wagering purposes.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

dz999 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or arbitrage wagers to exploit bonus terms, using software or automated tools to optimise bonus play, or any other conduct designed to extract value from promotions in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.

7.4 Bonus Eligibility

dz999 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotional offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. Players who have requested self-exclusion or applied voluntary deposit limits below the minimum promotion deposit threshold are not eligible to receive bonus offers during the self-restriction period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dz999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent communication with dz999.
• Money Laundering: Using the dz999 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity, or to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other Players, casino staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate transaction with your payment provider after it has been credited to your dz999 Account and used for gameplay.
• Hacking and Technical Exploitation: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, security systems, or game logic by any means.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Unauthorised Access: Accessing, or attempting to access, another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Prohibited Jurisdiction Access: Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other IP-masking technologies.

All content on the dz999 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and interface design elements — is the exclusive property of dz999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any dz999 Platform content without the prior written consent of dz999. Unauthorised use of any dz999 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dz999 expressly excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service beyond dz999's reasonable control.
• Loss arising from delayed, declined, or reversed transactions attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or cryptocurrency networks.
• Loss of data, including Account data, transaction records, or game history, arising from system failures or security incidents.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages of any kind, even if dz999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms, where such information was subject to a technical error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dz999's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

dz999 is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible gaming environment for all Players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy, a means to recover losses, or an activity that causes harm to you or your family.

11.1 Age Restriction

The dz999 Platform is accessible to players aged 21 years and above only. dz999 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification before withdrawal access is granted. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their Accounts permanently closed and any balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

11.2 Player Protection Tools

dz999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all verified Players, accessible from the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. dz999 will automatically log you out when the limit is reached.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net gaming activity during your session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. dz999 will close your Account and return any Available Balance upon self-exclusion request.
• Account Cooling-Off: Request a short-term break from the Platform (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent account closure.

11.3 Problem Gambling

If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, please use the self-exclusion tools available in your dz999 Account settings immediately, or contact our support team at [email protected] to request an immediate account restriction. Gambling that causes financial hardship, relationship strain, or distress is a serious issue that warrants immediate attention.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time in accordance with this section.

12.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your dz999 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, dz999 will close your Account and return any Available Balance (i.e., funds not subject to an active Wagering Requirement) via your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 dz999-Initiated Suspension or Termination

dz999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where dz999 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached these Terms or any applicable promotion terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct.
• The Account is subject to an ongoing investigation into suspected money laundering, bonus abuse, or technical exploitation.
• Continuation of the Account relationship poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to dz999.
• The Player is located in or has accessed the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an Account is terminated by dz999 for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any Available Balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe. Where termination follows a confirmed breach of these Terms, dz999 may withhold all or part of the Account Balance as damages.

dz999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to bonus terms, withdrawal policies, or Player obligations — dz999 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material changes, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications to existing provisions, or updates to contact information, may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the dz999 Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of dz999's operator registration.

14.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and dz999 arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. dz999 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.

14.2 Formal Dispute Process

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be escalated to dz999's internal disputes resolution team. dz999 will provide a final written decision within 28 days of escalation. Where a Player remains unsatisfied following dz999's final decision, the dispute may be referred to an independent third-party dispute resolution body as designated by dz999's applicable regulatory framework.

14.3 Waiver of Class Action

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to pursue any claim against dz999 as part of a class action, collective proceeding, or representative action. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.
